Vanessa is a pilates, yoga, a personal trainer or a mixture of
all three.You
can choose what works best for your session. The focus of every
session
is to create better spinal alignment, increase strength, flexibility,
and
endurance. Every person has different goals and the programs
are adjusted according to individuals specific needs.
Vanessa is enthusiastic about her work and loves helping people
achieve their goals. She is creative and dedicated to keeping
program both fresh and challenging. Through continuing to educate
herself, she is able to incorporate new ideas and techniques into her
sessions. Her
instruction is professional and researched, but she always remembers
to
keep it fun.
Vanessas Philosophy: I believe in
natural remedies, intuition,
letting the body heal itself. I use gentle methods that work with
the body rather than against the body. I am devoted to working
with my clients to build strong and healthy bodies that allow
them to fully enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
